Another Beer Company is a brewery located in New Westminster, British Columbia. this IPA label was designed for the collaboration of ABC and Montreal based radio station Wefunkradio.

The client requested that the label be transparent having only the typography visible on the overlay of the can, with this in mind I knew that in order to be as legible as possible and still take up space on the can creatively, I wanted to go with a chunky retro-modernism type, that was dressed in a funky and flavourful colour palette. Using the yellow tone from WeFunkRadios branding to highlight “WE” I then also added colours inspired by music from the late 70’s and early 80’s which are msuical era’s featured on the radio station.
